The unique layout of our properties in Geelong & Torquay means that we can accommodate over 60 guests at some of our properties. All of our properties are fully contained and offer all of the amenities that your business delegates would have at home, as well as being only a few short minutes walk or drive from the CBD and key business locations for the region.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, to secure your business booking a deposit of 33% of your total booking cost is required.
Do all of your locations accept business bookings?
Yes, we accept business bookings in all of our Geelong and Torquay locations.
How do we make a business booking?
The best way to make a business booking is to call 0410 623 353 anytime between 8:00am and 9:00pm on any day of the week. We will provide you a costing for your booking and you will be required to make a 33% deposit.
Is there a limit to how many nights we can stay?
There are no limits to the amount of you can stay for your business booking.
Are there any extra charges for making a business booking?
There are no additional charges for business bookings.
How is the rate for group bookings calculated, is it per head?
Most of the time business bookings will be calculated on a per head basis. However, this may change depending on the circumstance, please discuss these options with us, by calling 0410 623 353.
How many people can stay in at the different properties?
Torquay Properties
Each of the 3 Fischer St properties can house up to a maximum of 15-20 guests. Or the properties can be combined to house up to 60 guests.
The Cowrie St property accommodates 22-25 guests.
Geelong Properties
Each of the McKillop St townhouses can accommodate up to a maximum of 10-12 guests. Or the properties can be combined to house up to 66 guests.
The Yarra Street property accommodates 6-7 guests.
