All of our Geelong and Torquay properties come fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry, and plenty of entertainment space.
Some of our properties can hold up to over 60 guests, which is perfect for large groups who can’t stay in the one location at other accommodation providers.

How many people can stay in at the different properties?
Torquay Properties
Each of the 3 Fischer St properties can house up to a maximum of 15-20 guests. Or the properties can be combined to house up to 60 guests.
The Cowrie St property accommodates 22-25 guests.
Geelong Properties
Each of the McKillop St townhouses can accommodate up to a maximum of 10-12 guests. Or the properties can be combined to house up to 66 guests.
The Yarra Street property accommodates 6-7 guests.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, to secure your group accommodation booking a deposit of 33% of your total booking cost is required.
Do all of your locations accept group bookings?
Yes, we accept group accommodation bookings in all of our Geelong and Torquay locations.
How do we make a group booking?
The best way to make a group booking is to call 0410 623 353 anytime between 8:00am and 9:00pm on any day of the week.
We will provide you a costing for your booking and you will be required to make a 33% deposit.
Is there a limit to how many nights we can stay?
There are no limits to the amount of you can stay for your group booking.
Are there any extra charges for making a group booking?
There are no additional charges for group bookings.
How is the rate for group bookings calculated, is it per head?
Most of the time group bookings will be calculated on a per head basis. However, this may change depending on the circumstance, please discuss these options with us, by calling 0410 623 353.
